The INDEPENDENT LUMBER DEALERS CO-OPERATIVE was founded in 1964, and is one of Canada’s leading buying cooperatives. It is comprised of 19 of Canada’s largest independent home improvement organizations with over 600 locations from coast to coast and sales in excess of $4.3 billion. Each member organization competes for business under its own name. ILDC is a member of the Hardlines buying group Spancan.
